Your rental fees for the week include the use of the cottage inside and out, sheets, towels, appliances, outdoor hot tub, barbeque, outdoor living space, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, your own private dock with the use of a canoe, paddle board, and paddle boat. Your rental fees also include a cleaning fee, wifi, and TV streaming.

We accept etransfer and require a $500 refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Once you have paid the refundable $500 and signed the rental agreement, you will receive an email confirming your booking as well as an invoice.

In order to hold your booking, we require a deposit of $500. Full payment is due 72 hours before arrival. The $500 deposit will be returned to you after your vacation, assuming the cottage is found to be in good order. At our discretion, if there are any damages, the deposit will not be refunded in order to pay for damages that go beyond "wear and tear."
